Direct Autocare is a car workshop platform in Malaysia.  Participating car workshops sell voucher through Direct Autocare and its resellers whereby car owners can buy the voucher and redeem for services provided by the participating car workshops listed on this website. 

How to use the voucher at Direct Autocare participating workshops?

1. Explore the list of participating workshops on this website.
2. Contact the preferred participating workshops to make an appointment before visiting and inform the workshop representative that you will be using voucher purchased from Direct Autocare or its resellers.
3.  Choose any available products or services that suit your needs at the participating workshop.
4. Once you are ready for payment, present the voucher to the workshop representative upon making payment.
5. Once successful, the total amount of voucher redeemed will be deducted from the total bill.
6. Enjoy your driving with peace of mind!
   

Voucher Terms and Conditions

• The purchased voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit-in-kind
• The purchased voucher must be redeemed by the user at the participating workshops before the expiry date stated
• User must redeem the full voucher amount in one redemption, any unused balance or unredeemed value will not be refunded
• Multiple vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction
